Wasabi Mayo
Ingredients:
Make 2 egg mayo (i.e. same quantity of oil and mustard but 2 eggs);
2 tsp Light miso paste;
1 tsp Rice vinegar;
1 tsp lemon juice;
1 tsp wasabi paste;
1 tsp grated fresh horseradish;
Mix adding vinegar and lemon juice last.
