- For starter take 200 grams uncooked langoustine (500 gr for main), shell, cut along the tail, clean out the black stuff and flatten out;
- 4 tbsp olive oil;
- Salt and freashly ground black pepper;
- Juice of 2 - 3 lemons
- 2 tbsp dried white breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat leave parsley
